One crew for every corner of your home 🏡
Cozy Dwelling Decor exists because home projects fail in the gaps between trades. We closed those gaps by putting designers, licensed installers and a project manager on the same team, working from one written scope you approve.
Built around one written scope you approve
Every project — from a same-day smart lock install to a whole-home renovation — follows the same disciplined path. You always know what happens next, what it costs, and who is accountable.
How we work, in plain language
You describe the problem. We survey, photograph and measure. You receive a written plan with materials, price and sequence. We build in order, inspect each stage, and walk the finished work with you before anything is signed off.
We visit, measure, check access and talk through how you use each room so the plan fits real life.
Drawings, material samples, itemised price and a milestone schedule. Nothing starts until you approve it.
Dust control, protected floors, staged deliveries and daily tidy-ups while trades follow the agreed order.
Snag walk, photo record, warranty pack and aftercare contacts. You sign when you are genuinely happy.
